“Amazingly delicious! A proper Basque cheesecake should have an intentionally burnt, caramelized top and a creamy, custard-like center — and this one nailed every detail perfectly. What impressed me most was that they achieved that rich, custardy texture even in a 4-inch cake, which is incredibly difficult to do. Definitely one of the best Basque cheesecakes I’ve had for years.”
