We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, pricing, and images as accurately as possible. However, because our products are handmade, made to order, and/or perishable, actual appearance, decoration, color, size, and presentation may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.

All product descriptions, availability, pricing, and packaging are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available for purchase at our discretion.

We do not guarantee that any product will exactly match images shown on your screen, as display results may vary depending on your device and settings. When you place an order through our Services, you are submitting a request to purchase products from RURU6. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, suspected misuse, or fulfillment limitations.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have issued an order confirmation.

Because many of our products are perishable and/or prepared specifically for scheduled pickup or delivery, we may be unable to accommodate changes, cancellations, or rescheduling once an order has been accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for unauthorized resale. All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment, billing, and contact information for all purchases made through our Services. You further agree to promptly update your information if needed so we can complete transactions and contact you regarding your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment information is inaccurate, incomplete, unauthorized, or cannot be processed. RURU6 currently offers local pickup and selected local delivery only, unless otherwise stated on a specific product page.

Pickup and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, third-party service disruptions, technical issues, or operational constraints.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery, and contact information at checkout. We are not responsible for problems resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered, responsibility for proper handling, transport, storage, and consumption passes to the customer. Our products are prepared in a kitchen environment that may process common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact with allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and contacting us before ordering if they have questions about ingredients or allergens.

Because our products are perishable, customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating, storing, and handling items appropriately after pickup or delivery. We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage, delayed refrigeration, transportation after pickup, or consumption outside the recommended time period. All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, product names, graphics, logos, videos, designs, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to RURU6 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, display, republish, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

RURU6’s names, logos, product names, designs, and branding elements are the property of RURU6. Shopify’s name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We may provide access to third-party tools, features, or services that we do not monitor and over which we have no control.

You acknowledge and agree that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We are not liable for your use of optional third-party tools.
